1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using christtrade.com (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. User Accounts and Authentication

You may use ChristTrade without creating an account, but with limited features. Creating an account unlocks additional educational features including:

• Cross-device synchronization of your educational data
• Access to futures market data for educational analysis
• Custom and secondary timeframes for learning chart analysis
• Advanced scripting capabilities for educational purposes (custom strategies, indicators, and neural network engines)

All features are for educational practice and learning only - not for live trading or investment decisions.

When creating an account, you may:

• Sign up with email and password, or
• Sign in using your Discord account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent to use this Website.

Data Storage: Data may be stored locally on your browser using LocalStorage, IndexedDB, and cookies for all users. For registered users, your encrypted data is synchronized to our servers (Cloudflare R2) for cross-device access, while account information is stored in Cloudflare D1 database.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Website or disrupt its functionality
• Use automated tools to access restricted areas
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, or networks
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

You are responsible for your actions and ensuring they comply with applicable laws.

4. Intellectual Property

All content - including text, graphics, code, logos, and design elements - is owned by ChristTrade or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. Educational Purpose and Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" for educational purposes only. ChristTrade makes no warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, availability, or any trading results.

Past Performance Means Nothing: Any backtested results, historical analyses, or simulated performance shown on ChristTrade are purely educational examples. Past performance does NOT indicate, predict, or guarantee future results in any way. Markets are unpredictable and all trading involves substantial risk of loss.

Zero Liability for Financial Decisions: ChristTrade is not responsible for ANY financial decisions, losses, damages, or consequences resulting from your use of this educational platform. Use this platform solely as a learning tool, never as investment guidance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChristTrade is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses from trading or investment decisions made using this educational platform
• Data loss or service interruptions
• Misinterpretation or misuse of educational content as financial advice
• Reliance on backtesting results, simulations, or historical analyses
• Any damages resulting from treating this educational tool as investment guidance

By using ChristTrade, you acknowledge that this is an educational platform and accept full responsibility for any trading or investment decisions you make outside this platform.

7. User Contributions and Educational Data

Any content you submit (e.g., educational journal entries, practice trading strategies, simulated backtests, feedback) may be stored locally on your device or on our servers if you are a registered user.

By submitting content, you grant ChristTrade a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display it as necessary to operate the Website and provide you with educational services. Your trading data remains encrypted and private.

All user data on ChristTrade is educational practice data - not real trading records or investment portfolios.

8. Account Termination and Data Deletion

ChristTrade may suspend or terminate your access at its discretion without notice, especially for violations of these Terms.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at:contact@christtrade.com

We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Please note that we have not yet implemented an automated self-service deletion system, so you must contact us directly.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.

10. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated occasionally. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
